CLEANING

To protect your quilt, wash only when needed, spot cleaning small areas. Machine washing is not recommended for quilts to preserve the integrity of the seams and fabrics over time.

Having said that, I do machine wash separately in cold water, gentle detergent, delicate cycle with low spin. I also machine dry on delicate until about 90% dry before laying flat and reshaping on a flat surface until fully dry. Taking extra care with a handmade quilt will keep it beautiful for years to come.
